DC City Council Testimony – Bill 21-0243

Heroes for Hearts was invited again to testify in support of Bill 21-243 in front of DC City Council. Bill 21-243 would require at least one AED in all D.C. schools, in addition to requiring AED training to school employees. Brandon Ferrell, Co-Founder and Vice-President, gave a three-minute testimony.
